Acoustic Ceilings
- Patch as required areas such as scrapes, nicks and holes.
- Shellac seal water stains to prevent bleed-through.
- Mask all surfaces and items not to be covered.
- Apply top quality acoustic ceiling paint in flat white as required
for complete coverage.
Walls, Painted Ceilings and
Woodwork
- Doors, Casings, Baseboard, Cabinets, Vanities, Mantles,
Etc.
- Wash as required any surfaces needing cleaning.
- Sand all wood surfaces presently finished in enamel to break
gloss.
- Apply acrylic undercoater to all surfaces to provide a bond
coat for finish material.
- Patch cracks and holes as required and re-prime the patching
material to 'sandwich' this material and create a uniform bonding surface for
the application of finish material.
- Shellac seal stains to prevent bleed-through.
- Apply finish as required for complete coverage.
Previously Stained and Finished
Surfaces
- Cabinets, Vanities, Linens, Etc.
- Wash as required to remove grease and foreign matter.
- Sand lightly to break gloss.
- Re-stain as required to blend scratches, etc.
- Apply finish as required for complete coverage.
Exterior Painting

Wood Trim Surfaces and Metal
- Power wash to remove soil, oxidation and some loose
paint.
- Wire brush and hand scrape to remove remaining loose
paint.
- Apply acrylic undercoater to all surfaces to be coated.
- Apply specialized acrylic undercoater to all exposed flashing,
roof cap and miscellaneous metal to assure bond.
- Fill voids and cracks in wood trim, except eaves, with exterior
grade spackle, fixall, putty or caulking.
- Apply a second coat of primer over surfaces patched to 'sandwich'
patching material and create uniform bonding surface for the application of
finish materials.
- Re-glaze window and door sash as required.
- Pull together wood joints with nails or screws, if
possible.
- Caulk remaining open joints at casings, fascia, siding and
elsewhere as required.
- Prime all surfaces after glazing and caulking.
- Shellac seal any bleed-through areas apparent after
priming.
- Apply finish as required for complete coverage.
Stucco Surfaces
- Power wash to remove soil, oxidation and loose stucco
material.
- Remove loose stucco material not removed by washing.
- V-groove cracks over 1/16" wide to give more lateral surface for
bonding.
- Wet all areas to be patched to allow proper cure time for
patch.
- Apply stucco patch and float to match existing texture as close as
we can.
- Trench around foundation where possible.
- Apply finish as required for complete coverage in masonry quality
flat.
